Elsie was born in Bogota, Colombia and Miami has been her home for more than 30 years. She was in the hotel industry as the Social Director for the Sonesta Beach Resort on Key Biscayne for 10 years. Following this, she worked with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line for 10 years as the hotel coordinator for San Juan, PR. Before working with Effective Realty, Elsie worked as a full time sales associate and office manager for Hoffmann International Realty. Elsie has been a Real Estate Professional for more than 20 years. She is specialized in the areas of Brickell, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach and Coral Gables, and she is familiar with the majority of South Florida. Elsie has had the privilege of working with international clients from Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe and Africa. Elsie is fluent in Spanish. She currently resides in Brickell with her daughter, Christie and  her Sheltie, Laska. Elsie believes Miami is a true paradise.
